Sarah Jones is a 34 year old mother of three – a 15 year old son, a 9 year old daughter, and a 2 year old daughter. Originally from Texas, Sarah now lives in Southern California with her husband, three kids, three dogs and one cat. Even with a very busy home, Sarah still finds the time to pursue her passion of helping others through health and fitness.
Sarah began training clients in November of 2012 and is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer with experience training clients for Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Balance & Flexibility, Sports & Power, Functional Aging and many clients affected by Chronic Disease.
Sarah is not your typical trainer as she can relate to her clients on many different levels. Being a Mom of three children and spending most of her 20’s overweight, Sarah has faced many of the struggles that a lot of her clients deal with daily. In addition, in 2009 Sarah was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, Syringomyelia, Migraines and Tinnitus. That’s when health and fitness really became a priority for her.
Sarah has worked hard over the years to obtain mental and physical strength, wellness, acceptance and happiness, and her goal is to now help others find that strength as well.
“I’ve been lucky to encounter so many different wonderful people during my career as a fitness professional; because of that I’ve been able to extend my knowledge to better help individuals with their health and fitness goals. I have clients ranging in age from 14 to 89; young athletes, sufferers of Dementia, Lou Gherig’s Disease, Multiple Sclerosis and other chronic illnesses, and men and women who are interested in bettering their overall health and fitness level.”
